Innovative Fueling Solutions' service department boasts more than 70 years of combined experience.
Tim Artho, IFS Service Manager, entered in the fueling industry in 1995 working on mechanical and electrical dispensers pumps, tank gauges, tank monitors, line leak detectors, POS systems, Tanks installs (above and below ground), piping, card systems and DEF equipment.
Tim has also designed several fuel management and relays system to power up and isolate sub-pumps and additional equipment to allow the movement of liquid products from tanks into equipment.
Serena Kincanon, an IFS dispatcher, got her start in this industry in 1977, in Truck Stop/C-Store/Restaurant Management. After 25 years in the fast-paced customer service realm, she moved into the fuel service industry. Today she dispatches Fuel Equipment Service Technicians to help businesses keep their equipment in compliance and working efficiently.
Wayne Briscoe has been servicing and installing petroleum equipment since 1998.
